The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.

The agreed measures shall be kept in place during the entire course of development.

The works on site be carried out in accordance with the approved Arboricultural Method Statement and the additional arboricultural information submitted 25/03/2014 by David Buckley via e-mail including the planting of the Irish Yew tree and de-compaction of the ground area of the Root Protection Area's of those trees affected by the construction of wall to the south of the site.
Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, C9 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
