The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, P_28, E_15F, SP_01 and P_10, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The following works shall be carried out in accordance with details approved under P14/S0417/DIS, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and thereafter retained as such: Windows at 1:5 & 1:20 including elevations and sections, and finishes Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The following works shall be carried out in accordance with details approved under P13/S2728/DIS, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and thereafter retained as such: 1. New staircase and stairs 2. Schedule of finishes for barn interior 3. Schedule of repairs including photos 4. Vents and flues Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
