Planning Permission on 25th February 2014
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
This permission shall expire after a period of five (5) years from the date hereof, at which time the use shall cease and the dwelling hereby permitted (and all associated materials) shall be removed from the land within two(2) months of the expiry date of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and to provide opportunity to review the availability of alternative dwellings and the need for a rural worker; in accordance with Policy CS1, CSS1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G3 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, and the principles of the National Planning Policy Framework.

The occupation of the dwelling hereby permitted shall be limited to a person solely or mainly working, or last working, in the locality in agriculture (as defined in Section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990), or a widow or widower of such a person, and to any resident dependants. Reason: The site lies in an area where new development is strictly controlled and the proposed dwelling has only been justified on the grounds of agricultural need. In accordance with policies CS1, CSS1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and the principles contained in the National Planning Policy Framework.
