Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2924-(A)-03 and 2924-(A)-01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the stone for the new panel shall be Hartham Park Bath stone or Oathill Cotswold stone which have been previously agreed for the repairs to the gateway, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed gateway in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The mortar mix for fixing in the new panel shall be 3 parts Bath stone dust to 1 part lime which have been previously agreed for the repairs to the gateway, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed gateway in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The wood to be used for the new section of the gate shall match that on the existing gate. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed gateway in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
