Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P14/S0209/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details contained in the following approved documents, Method Statement and Schedule of Repairs, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That prior to the commencement of works subject of this application a specification of the lime mortar shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
