That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 021, 022, 056, 052B, 055C and 054B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. The exterior of the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. All rainwater goods shall be constructed of traditionally profiled metal. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027; and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved a detailed specification of any external drainage pipes, flues or means of external venting shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and any such works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027; and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the internal and external joinery details has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027; and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
