The dwelling the subject of this application known as Kentwood Farm Bungalow as shown on Block Plan Drawing 003 shall be demolished and all materials resulting from the said demolition shall be removed from the application site within six months of the dwelling ceasing to be occupied by the Mr Ryman as his main place of residence or, in the event that Mr Ryman continues to occupy the dwelling as his main place of residence throughout his lifetime, within six months of his death.
Reason: Regard has been had to the case put forward by the applicant, the circumstances of the site and the need for the accommodation in accordance with the objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework.
