The agreed measures shall be kept in place during the entire course of development.
Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, CON7, C9 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The cill level of the roof light in the north facing elevation shall be at least 1.7 metres above the floor level of the associated room and shall be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
