The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 17729-6, 13-1153-205, 17729-7, 13-1153-206, 17729-2, 13-1153-201, 17729-4, 13-1153-203, 17729-3, 13-1153-202, 1153-100, 17729-5, 13-1153-204, 17729-8, 13-1153-207, 17729-9, 1153-200 and 17729-1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P14/S1138/DIS

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Large-scale details for all new joinery. This includes doors, windows, shutters, the dining room cupboards, french windows to the drawing room, the internal window to the study and the lantern over the stair. b. Fanlights above the doors c. A full specification of stone repairs d. Pilasters and cornice for the proposed orangery e. A full specification of repairs to fireplaces f. Ridges and hips to the existing and proposed roofs g. Flues and vents Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Samples of all new external materials shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Before the relevant part of the work has begun a full specification of the stone cleaning shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. A sample panel shall also be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the works are commenced. The sample panel should be retained on site until the work is completed and the new works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved panel. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
