Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BS100/399_P0, BS100/317_P2, BS100/314_P2, BS100/318_P2, BS100/301_P0, BS100/300_P2, BS100/302_P0, BS100/319_P0, BS100/303_P2, BS100/315_P2, BS100/316_P2, BS100/325_P2 and BS100/326, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the works shall be carried out in accordance with the details agreed under application ref: P12/S2942/DIS or otherwise in accordance with details that shall first be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
