Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Block_Plan_Dwg_0.11, Elevations_Proposed_Dwg_1.30 and Site_Plan_Proposed_Dwg1.20 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P14/S1605/DIS

Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Natural stone b. Coping Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the setting of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. A specification of the lime mortar b. A method statement defining the proposed construction Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
