That prior to the commencement of the construction of the new building hereby permitted, buildings C, E and F shown on drawing P04 Rev A which accompanied the application P10/W1512 shall be demolished and building G shall be demolished within 12 months of the first use of the new buiding. Materials shall be removed from the land, save for any that might be recycled for use in the carrying out of the development. Reason: To ensure satisfactory comprehensive development in accordance with Policies G2, D1 and E9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That within 24 months of the first use of the new buiding, or such other longer time that may be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority buildings A, B, and D shall be demolished and the materials removed from the land, save for any that might be recycled for use in the carrying out of the development. Reason: To ensure satisfactory comprehensive development in accordance with Policies G2, D1 and E9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
