Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 13-1225-401, 13-1225-402, 13-1225-403, 13-1225-404, 13-1225-304, 13-1225-301A, 13-1225-302A, 13-1225-305A, 13-1225-303B and 13-1225-100, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Details of lime mortar specifications Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy (CON 2/CON 3) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. samples of stone Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy (CON 2/CON 3) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of any works hereby authorised, a full schedule of the works to be undertaken to the repair and alteration to the boundary wall; shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved schedule. Reason: To preserve the character and appearance of the area/building (Policies HE1 and HE5 of the adopted Local Plan).
