That, having regard to the location of the extension in relation to significant trees on the adjoining property, which are the subject of a Tree Preservation Order, construction will take place within the anticipated root protection area of a mature Horse Chestnut and Ash Tree. In the absence of any information to indicate otherwise the works will cause root damage detrimental to the long term health of the trees contrary to Policy CSEN1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027, Policy C9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and advice contained in BS5837 (2012).
