Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

The works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the submitted documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2/3 CON6/7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the replacement walls shall be constructed in accordance with the submitted schedule of works and the joint sizes and overall dimensions of the rebuilt walls shall match the original. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character to the listed building and the conservation area in accordance with saved Policies CON2 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
