Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That at the end of a period of five years beginning with the date of this consent, the consent shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007..

All existing advertisements on the premises shall be removed prior to the advertisement(s) hereby permitted being displayed. Reason: To avoid a cluttered appearance in the interests of the visual amenities of the area and in accordance with Policy AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011..
