That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Location Plan dated 30 September 2013; Block Plan dated 25 September 2013; Additions Highlight Plan received 4 November 2013; Barn Roof Plan received 4 November 2013; Barn Back and Front Elevations received 4 November 2013; Barn Side Elevations received 4 November 2013;and Barn Floor Plans 1 & 2 receieved 18 November 2013, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) the provision within the curtilage of the dwelling of any building, enclosure or swimming pool as described in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Order shall not be undertaken without the prior written permission of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the Local Planning Authority retains control over any future development as specified in the condition in the interests of amenity in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The outbuilding hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the principal dwelling.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
