Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

This permission shall expire after a peorid of 6 months from the date of this permission, and the structure and its ancillary use hereby permitted and all associated materials be cased and removed from the land prior to the expirey of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development in accordance with Policy G2 of the south Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
