Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Location plan LOC-001, Other plan 001, and Block Plan BLO-001 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
At such time as the telecommunications development hereby permitted is no longer required for telecommunications purposes, the development shall be removed from the site and the land restored to its previous undeveloped condition.
Reason: To avoid the unnecessary retention of the structure in the interests of the appearance of the site in accordance with Policy TE1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.
The telecommunications development hereby permitted shall be retracted when not in use, and shall not remain in use (extended) for more than six (6) hours in any day.
Reason: To reduce the impact on the residential character of the area and in the interests of visual amenity, in accordance with Policy TE1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.
