The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 0-10, 0-11, 0-30, EE-0-30, 1-20A, 1-30A and 1-31, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P14/S0329/DIS, P15/S1417/DIS

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Details of windows and doors at 1:5 and 1:20 b. A sample of the proposed roof tiles Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Sample panels of facing brickwork showing the proposed colour, texture, facebond and pointing shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panels shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with approved panel. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The roof lights hereby approved shall be flush fitting conservation style roof lights. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
