That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, CR-01-02-Rev02, CR-01-08-Rev02, CR-01-03-Rev02, CR-01-04-Rev02, CR-01-05-Rev02, CR-01-08-A-Rev02, CR-01-07-Rev03, CR-01-06-Rev03 and CR-01-10-Rev03, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the development hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
