Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 13057-SU02, 13057-SU01, 13057-P03, 2000.63.01, 13057-SU03, LOC-001, 13057-P01B and 13057-P02B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the first occupation of the building, samples of all new materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies Con 7 and Con 5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the works hereby approved shall not be occupied until a detailed specification at 1:20 of the type, design and external finish of the new doorway has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the new stonework shall match the existing in terms of materials, coursing and pointing finish and a specification of the lime mortar mix of the new stonework is to be agreed with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
Prior to the re commencement of the works on site, details of the new eaves treatment shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies G2, Con 3 and Con 7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
