Decision
Planning Permission on 10th October 2013
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved has been carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 800 PPO1E, 800 PPO2E and 800 PPO4E, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The outbuilding hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as 132 Loyd Road, Didcot. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy and in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That no development shall be undertaken pursuant to the planning permission dated 20 November 2012 granted by the Council under reference P12/S2230/HH. Reason: As the implementation of both permissions would constitute an overdevelopment of the plot resulting in poor standards of amenity for 132 Loyd Road and the neighbouring properties and, detracting from the character of the area, contrary to Policies D1, G2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
