That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, TES13-003-02a, TES13-003-01-Aa, ISE-22075-SITEa and 01a, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P13/S3338/DIS

Prior to the commencement of any works hereby approved, a revised method statement shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until the following details have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by, the Local Planning Authority: i) a window schedule detailing the need for repair or replacement ii) a drawing to show details of any replacement window joinery iii) a cross-section showing details of the construction of the infill panels Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
