That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, C47/13-01, C47/13-02, C47/13-03, C47/13-04, C47/13-05 and C47/13-06, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
