Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PFC-01, PFC-003, PFC-004, PFC-005, PFC-013, PFC-014, SWT-PFC-018, PFC-019, SWT-PFC-21, PFC-027,PFC-028, PFC-029, PFC-030, PFC-31,except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. details of traditional materials only to be used in the reinstatement of staircases; b. details of lime mortar and plaster specifications to a traditional mix; and c. details of proposed insulation works, incorporating breathable insulation and finishes that maintain the traditional appearance of the building and avoiding unsightly grilles and the thickening of internal details. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
