Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, OP1-001, OP2-001, PE-001 and COM-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That notwithstanding the details shown on plan ref OP1-001, sign A shall be signwritten rather than applied lettering as shown. Reason: To ensure that the details are acceptable in accordance with policy CON 8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The existing Morland sign on the front of the building shall not be retained in situ. Reason: To ensure that the details are acceptable in accordance with policy CON 8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
