Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The proposed fascia sign, comprising aluminium materials and internal illumination would be inappropriate in the Henley-Main Conservation Area, detracting from the amenity of this part of Henley Town Centre. As such it would be contrary to Policies CSEN3 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies G2, AD1, CON8 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and advice contained within the Council's Traditional Shop Front Design Guide.
