Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. That the works hereby approved shall not commence until large-scale details of all joinery have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
