The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development, plans and specifications contained in the application except as modified by conditions of this permission. The development to which this permission relates shall be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: To comply with Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

The use of the structures which are the subject of this permission shall be terminated, the structures removed from the land by 31 December 2022 and the site restored in accordance with a detailed scheme to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Waste Planning Authority no later than 31 December 2021. Reason: To protect the open nature, rural character and visual amenity of the Green Belt (SOCS CSEN2).

The structures which are the subject of this permission shall be solely used by the UKAEA and its partners or an organisation of which the UKAEA and these partners are members, and shall be used only for the packaging of radioactive waste in connection with the JET facility. Reason: To ensure that the development is carried out as proposed. (OMWLP PE18).

No vehicles shall enter or exit the UKAEA site in relation to this development other than via the junction marked ¿main entrance¿ on approved plan R601-00-001 dated 13/06/2007. Reason: To ensure that there is adequate access and mitigation of adverse transport impacts (OMWLP W3).

No mud or dust shall be deposited on the public highway. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and safeguarding the local environment (OMWLP PE18).
