Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works of demolition hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PPC-P-05, PPC-P-06, PPC-P-01 and PPC-P-04, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

On completion of the demolition works hereby permitted, the site shall be cleared of all resultant rubble and debris that is not reused on the site. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
