That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 200 and P04, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The first floor bathroom windows in the southeast and northwest elevations of the flats hereby permitted shall not at any time be glazed other than with obscured glass.
Within 3 months of the date of this permission, they shall be restricted to 100mm opening as shown on approved drawing no. 200 and be permanently so retained thereafter.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies D4 and H4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
