Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P13/S2307/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, JKPH/L_1A, JKPH/L_12A, JKPH/L_20 and JKPH/L_13B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the loft refurbishment works shall otherwise be carried out in accordance with the details agreed under application ref: P12/S1848/LB and the subsequent application P12/S3103/DIS. Reason: In the interests of the special architectural and historical qualities of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with Policy CSEN3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved a detailed specification of the roof tile vent shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and any such works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of the special architectural and historical qualities of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with Policy CSEN3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.
