Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 02 and 01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

When the solar photovoltaic panels hereby permitted are no longer used for microgeneration, they shall be removed from the building and the building returned to its former condition as soon as reasonably practicable. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the curtilage listed building and the setting of the surrounding listed buildings and in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
