The hours of use shall be only as specified:
Retail: Sundays - Thursdays: 08:30 - 20:00 and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays preceding Bank Holidays: 10:00 - 18:00
Cafe: Sundays - Thursdays: 08:30 - 23:00 and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays preceding Bank Holidays: 08:30 - 24:00
Restaurant & Public House: Sundays - Thursdays: 11:00 - 23:30 and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays preceding Bank Holidays: 11:00 - 24:00
In addition there shall be a maximum of 15 temporary events where the cafe/restaurant/public house can remain open up until 01:30, including New Year's Eve.
Outside areas shall not be used by patrons between 23:00 and 08:00 on Mondays to Saturdays and between 22:00 and 08:00 on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from loss of amenity due to noise disturbance and in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The Almshill Room shall only be used between the hours of 11:00 and 23:00 Sundays to Thursdays and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays preceding Bank Holidays: 11:00 - 24:00. In addition there shall be a maximum of 15 temporary events where the conference room can remain open up until 01:30, including New Year's Eve.
Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from loss of amenity due to noise disturbance and in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
At the expiration of a period of one year from the date of this permission the hours of use of the premises as specified in the application shall revert back to the hours previously approved under planning permissions P09/E1119 and P11/E0914.
Reason: In order that the effect of the development on the amenities of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period, and that any future application can be decided on this assessment in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
This permission only allows for the variation of Conditions 13 and 16 of planning permission P08/E1278 and all the other conditions attached to this planning permission still apply.
Reason: This permission is only for the variation of two specific hours of use conditions attached to planning permission P08/E1278 and the approved details of that permission remain in force in all other respects.
