The proposal for the erection of advertising hoarding and  boards is not acceptable at this sensitive rural location, being discordant and harmful to the visual amenity of this unspoilt and naturally beautiful area within the the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, contrary to the aims of policies AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, CSEN1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2012 and paragraph 115 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
