Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works of demolition hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The existing dwelling shall not be demolished until a scheme for the redevelopment of the site has been agreed. On completion of the demolition works hereby permitted, the site shall be cleared of all resultant rubble and debris and the redevelopment scheme shall be commenced within 6 months of the demolition or otherwise an alternative scheme that has been approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Winterbrook Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON6 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
