The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.

The development hereby permitted shall not be used at any time other than for purposes incidental to the residential use of the dwelling known as Cane End House.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the building would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
