The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
(a) Samples of roof and wall materials;
(b) Specification for lime renders;
(c) Details of windows and doors at 1:5 and 1:20 as appropriate;
(d) Details of slate tile vent;
(e) Details of insulation;
(f) Details of internal finishes;
(g) A schedule of any additional repairs required as part of the approved works
(h) An English Heritage Level 2 architectural record of elements to be demolished to be undertaken and submitted to SODC and the Oxfordshire Historic Environment Record (HER).
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
