Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BOS-P-13, BOS-P-14 REV A, BOS-P-10 and BOS-P-11 REV A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority the conservatory shall be constructed in accordance with details submitted with application P12/S3031/DIS and approved by letter dated 31 January 2013. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
