Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The demolition work hereby permitted shall not commence until a contract for the redevelopment of the site in accordance with a planning permission has been entered into and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
