The development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development, plans and specifications contained in the application except as modified by conditions of this permission. The approved plans and particulars comprise - Application Form dated 24/01/2013 - Design & Access Statement - Justification Statement dated 26/06/12 and additional information in the e-mail dated 16/05/2013 - Location Plan Drwg No. 196A - Site Plan Drwg No. 197A - Floor Plan (T9) Drwg No. 208 - Floor Plan (T12) Drwg No. 210 - Elevations (T9) Drwg No. V/001 rev P01 - Elevations (T12) Drwg No. V/001 rev P01 Reason: To ensure that the development is carried out as proposed.

No later than 31st July 2013, a scheme for external works to improve the appearance of the temporary buildings hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the County Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be implemented no later than 30th November 2013 and the buildings shall be maintained in that condition thereafter for the duration of this temporary planning permission. Reason: In the interests of protecting the local environment in accordance with policy G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That at the expiration of a period ending on the 31st May 2018 the buildings be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.
