The development shall be carried out solely in accordance with details submitted with the application unless modified by the conditions of this permission. The submitted details consist of: - Application Form dated 23rd October 2012 - Design & Access Statement - Justification Statement dated 26.06.12 - Location Plan Drwg V/199 - Site Plan Drwg V/200 - Floor Plan Drwg V/231 - Elevations Drwg V/232 Reason: To ensure the development is carried out as proposed.

This permission is granted for a limited period which shall expire on 31st March 2018. At the expiration of this period, the use hereby permitted shall cease immediately. The classroom units shall be removed and such works as may be required for the reinstatement of the land shall be carried out. Reason: In normal circumstances, permission would not be granted for the stationing and use of this type of building on the site in question. However, permission for a limited period is granted in view of the temporary nature of the proposal and the over-riding need for the development.
