Reserved Matters application (following Outline permission P12/S1642/O with all matters reserved) for demolition of the existing dwellings and commercial buildings and the erection of 5 two-storey residential units (comprising two detached 3/4 bedroom units and a terrace of 3 two-bedroom units) together with access and parking (As amended by Drawing Nos: 13-3287-1b and 13-3287-7a accompanying agent's letter dated 28 March 2013).
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 13-3287-6, LOC-001, 13-3287-2, 13-3287-3, 13-3287-5, 13-3287-1b, 13-3287-7a and 13-3287-50a, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That no development shall take place on the site until such time as all details required by the conditions listed on outline planning permission P12/S1642/O have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

The first floor bathroom and ensuite windows in the northern front elevations of Plots 3 - 5 hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass, and shall be fixed shut with the exception of a top hung openable fanlight, prior to the first occupation of the accommodation and it shall be retained as such thereafter.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies D4 and H4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
