The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the roofs of No.1 and No.3 Reading Road, Cholsey shall be re-roofed using Marley Eternit tiles in Aylesham Mix or in a tile that shall first have been submitted to approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
