Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-001, 26673/01, 26673-02B, 26673-05B, 26673/04B, 26673 06, 26673 07, 26673/03A and 26673 09, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of the relevant part of the works hereby approved samples of any new materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed buildings in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON3, CON4 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Details in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Repointing mortar mix and finish Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed buildings in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON3, CON4 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All new rainwater goods shall be of profiled metal construction painted black. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON3, CON4 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
