Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-001, 26673/01, 26673-04B, 26673/02B, 26673-05B, Door and Window Detail 26673 06, 26673/03A, Lobby Frame and Window Details 26673 09 and Roof Plan Showing Pipe and Flu 26673 07, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of the relevant part of the development hereby approved samples of any new materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies CSEN3 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, CON4, CON5, D1 and E8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The occupancy and use of the converted buildings hereby approved shall be restricted to persons studying or working at the Bishopsland workshops as run by the Bishopsland Educational Trust. Reason: That planning permission has been granted for the conversion of these barns into residential units having regard to the special character of the Bishopsland workshops and the fact that the units are to be used in conjunction with the existing specialist educational use rather than as independent residential units in accordance with Policy CSS1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, D1, and E9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
