That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 12-011-S-001, 12-011-S-002, 12-011-S-003, 12-011-S-004, 12-011-P-002A, 12-011-P-003A, 12-011-P-004A and 12-011-P-001A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Prior to the commencement of development samples of materials for exterior finishes including written specification for lime mortar shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies Con 2, Con 3 and Con 7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Related application(s): P12/S2546/DIS

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
