The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.

No development shall take place until written approval has been given by the Local Planning Authority to a sample panel of bricks to be used in the development. The sample panel shall be erected on the site of the development and retained until development is complete and the panel shall thereafter be removed from the site. The sample shall show bricks, bond and mortar details and the wall shall be constructed in accordance with the approved details.
