Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Related application(s): P13/S0728/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PP05, PP06, PP02B, PP3D, PP01A, PP4D and PP07, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Detailed drawings in respect of the new shop front, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. 1:20 scale elevation b. 1:5 sections through stallriser, fascia, framing, and glazing bars c. The colour of the external finish These details shall be implemented and thereafter retained as approved. Reason: to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.
